Jon has a passion for helping others and specifically for helping businesses become more efficient and productive. A self-proclaimed "Business Therapist", Jon created Tampa Bay PEO Advisors, a full service Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Employee Leasing, and Payroll Services brokerage firm in 2008 to help his clients to identify the optimum outsourcing vendors for their specific needs.
Jon's belief is that there is no "One Size Fits All" solution in the PEO world and creates customized provider solutions for his clients, which span all industries and range from small to Fortune 1000 companies. Under his guidance, Tampa Bay PEO Advisors, has helped hundreds of organizations achieve their goals by securing the services and products they need to recruit, engage, and retain the best talent, streamline processes, and impact the bottom line.

Chad holds a BA and MA in Health Administration from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, and an MBA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Chad is a Licensed 215 and 220 General Agent for Property and Casualty Insurance and has won several awards from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, including "Top 100 Agents" in 2008 and 2009.

Tina is a Licensed 215 and 220 General Agent for Property and Casualty Insurance and has won several awards from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, including monthly top individual and Group sales for the Central Florida Region and "Top 100 Agents for 2008 and 2009.
